Your details are used to confirm bookings, dispatch the nearest ambulance, share live tracking, process payments, and contact you regarding your emergency request.

3. Location Data

Location access is used only at the time of booking or SOS to identify the nearest ambulance and share an accurate pickup point. We do not track your location in the background.

4. Driver & Vehicle Privacy

For safety and privacy, driver and vehicle details are masked. A single verified helpline number is used for all coordination.

5. Data Sharing

We share booking details only with the assigned ambulance crew and dispatch team. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission is completely secure.
