Terms & Conditions

By booking an ambulance through Almaas Ambulance Service, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking Confirmation

  • Ambulance booking will be confirmed only after the required advance payment is successfully received.
  • The customer must provide accurate pickup location, destination, patient details and contact information.

2. Advance Payment Policy

  • All advance payments are strictly non-refundable.
  • Once a booking is confirmed and an ambulance has been dispatched, the advance amount cannot be refunded under any circumstances, including cancellation by the customer.

3. Fuel Advance

  • For long-distance or intercity trips, the customer may be required to provide a fuel advance.
  • Fuel charges may be collected once the ambulance reaches the designated fuel station before the journey begins.
  • The fuel advance amount may be up to 50% of the total estimated booking fare, depending on route and distance.

4. Night Service Charges

  • If the trip continues during night hours (10:00 PM to 6:00 AM), an additional Night Duty Charge of ₹200 may apply for the driver/crew.

5. Cleaning & Sanitization Charges

  • In case of dead body transportation, an additional cleaning and sanitization charge of ₹500 may apply.
  • If blood, vomit, body fluids, medical waste, excessive dirt, or any other contamination causes special cleaning requirements inside the ambulance, an additional cleaning charge of ₹500 may be charged.

6. Waiting Charges

  • Excessive waiting time beyond the agreed pickup or stop duration may result in additional waiting charges.

7. Route & Toll Charges

  • Toll taxes, parking fees, state entry taxes and other government-imposed charges are payable by the customer where applicable.

8. Driver & Crew Safety

  • Customers and attendants must behave respectfully with drivers and medical staff.
  • Any abuse, threats, violence, or damage to ambulance property may result in immediate termination of service and legal action.

9. Service Delays

  • Almaas Ambulance Service will make every effort to provide timely service.
  • However, delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, road closures, accidents, government restrictions or other circumstances beyond our control shall not create liability for compensation.

10. Medical Responsibility

  • Ambulance transportation is a transport service.
  • Medical treatment decisions remain the responsibility of the patient, family members, doctors and hospitals.

11. Cancellation Policy

  • Once an ambulance has been dispatched, advance payments are non-refundable.
  • Cancellation requests after dispatch may still be subject to full or partial service charges.

12. Acceptance

By using our services, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
